Let's face it, we're all big kids at heart. Today, you'll know how to make edible, nontoxic finger paint and store it in mason jars.

Nontoxic Finger Paint in Mason Jars for Kids | Safe to Eat

We all know that kids are going to eat whatever they are playing with. Whether it be mud, plato, carpet fuzz— you name it, and they will try to eat it.

Now your kids can have one messy fun time without you having to worry about them putting poison into their mouths.

Recipe:

3 tbs sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup corn starch 2 cups water

Method:

1. Combine ingredients in small saucepan.

2. Add food coloring to reach a desired color.

3. Warm until mixture thickens.

4. When the mixture begins to cool, pour it into your jars.

That's it! I don't suppose anyone said you have to actually paint with it. You could just put several multi-colored jars on display somewhere!
